To support the nation, the firm has also set up a dedicated helpline and a team to assist those who want to utilize Zoho’s platform to build a customized solution to act upon. The company also stated that it has worked with a few NGOs as well as government departments. This involves Tamil Nadu Covid War room, to evolve technology solutions to manage their relief work.
The workforce can build customized solutions using any of the firm’s more than 50 applications. Moreover, it will be made available for free for this purpose. Areas where Zoho will offer assistance and involve online and offline fund collection and raising of invoices. Not only this, but it also helps with inventory management, involving tracking the inventory of PPE kits, and other medical supplies.
The ZOHO CRM helps in volunteering, contact management, patient details, capturing donors, real-time visibility, data collection, and more to have seamless operations.
Additionally, it is having virtual tools for better assistance via chatbots, social media response management, video conferencing, and low-code applications are other ways on offer.
Meanwhile, Health Officer Viduthalai Virumbh B said- “Zoho’s app is being used by volunteers at the Tamil Nadu Covid War Room to address covid-related requests and issues coming in through the 104 helplines”. The app is also being used to manage requests for oxygen, medicines, and food. Even burial and cremation requests, and grief counseling is being managed using the app.”
