Wipro To Acquire UK-based IT Consultancy- CAPCO

Bengaluru- Wipro NSE on Thursday said it will acquire a UK-based IT Consultancy firm “Capco” for $1.45 billion- said in a statement to stock exchanges in India. 

Capco is a London-based global financial consultancy that has had an impact on America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
