Rezo.ai gets seed funding from Modulor Capital, others

Pune: Rezo.ai is an AI startup that automates customer support. It has recently raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round. It was led by Modulor Capital, for product development and entering new markets. 

Other investors on the list are Dexter Angel Network, AI startup Veda Labs, and angel investors- Delhivery co-founder Bhavesh Manglani, and Fusion Microfinance founder Devesh Sachdev, who also participated. 

Moreover, Bhavish Sood is the general partner at Modulor Capital and will join the board of the company. 

The company helps in automating customer conversations across different platforms including voice, WhatsApp, email, chats, and social media. It analyses the cause and interaction and quotient rain the agents accordingly. 

It works with the firms namely Delhivery, ShipRocket, Dr. Lal Path labs, Care Health Insurance, Reliance India Life Insurance, and Tata AIG. 

Meanwhile, the chief data scientist and co-founder of the company Rashi Gupta Said- “We are certain to expand the business and empower many more enterprises with never-before-offered AI-powered solutions for transforming customer and employee experiences. The investment will also be used to rapidly expand into new markets and grow our teams in the US and the Middle East,”

On the other hand, one of the investors Tushar Agarwal said- “The initial wave of conversational AI had rule-based bots, and used natural language processing to understand consumer intent from past conversations. We believe the next wave is increasingly going to be voice-enabled.”

The company stated that it is working at the forefront of this technology and enabling enterprises via customer service automation. It has also built a truly vernacular solution supporting 11 languages in voice and several other languages in text.
