Madras HC rejects plea searching for burial of slain TN BSP chief Armstrong in birthday celebration place of job premises

His widow petitioned the Excessive Court, pleading for his burial within the birthday celebration place of job. Justice V Bhavani Subbaroyan heard the plea.

The federal government rejected the quiz, claiming that the predicament used to be residential and that three replace areas for the burial had been selected.

Additional Recommend Recent J Ravindran later notified the judge that the government had granted permission for the burial to happen on property owned by Armstrong’s cousin in Pothur, Thiruvallur district and that the requisite orders had been issued.

The petitioner furthermore agreed to the draw, and the judge ordered that Armstrong’s stays be buried at Pothur. The judge ordered the petitioner to predicament up a composed funeral procession and summoned the police for safety.
