Pune: Locobuzz is a digital customer experience platform that has recently raised Rs 9 crore in pre-series A funding from the Maharashtra State Social venture fund of SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd.
The raised proceedings will be used to enhance the technological capabilities of the platform, market expansion, scale up the team across functions, and marketing and sales efforts.
Locobuzz was founded in 2015 in Mumbai. It is a software-as-a-software (SaaS) platform that helps business-to-consumer brands with real-time analytics, consumer experience automation, and insights or social media management.
Meanwhile, the CEO at Locobuzz Vishal Agarwal said- “This round of funding is really encouraging and we are excited to partner with SIDBI Venture for our next phase of growth”. He added- In the next couple of months, we will direct our attention towards further product development, business growth, and marketing initiatives. We will be able to offer a lot more to our client partners.”
The platform uses AI, machine learning, and big data analytics to support ventures and companies streamline and transform the customer experience. Currently, the company is working with top 500 companies belonging to different sectors such as financial and baking services, telecom, retails, and more.
