NCW chief visits shelter residence

“Overcrowding is there in the shelter residence…No lavatory facility is there…I basically hold demanded the papers…There could be no longer any such thing as a register for entry and exit…No biometric attendance is there…The staff most as much as date listed below are untrained and unregulated,” Sharma mentioned.
