Multiplex turns around UK losses

Multiplex is coverting the broken-down US embassy in Mayfair into a hotel for Qatari Diar

Multiplex Constructing Europe returned to project within the year to 31st December 2021, making £2.0m forward of tax. The outdated year it had made a pre-tax loss of £131.8m.

  • Elelphant & Fort Town Centre fragment 2, along with three tower blocks totalling 485 residences and a 12-storey campus for the College of Arts London (UAL) Faculty of Verbal exchange
  • Adam Smith Commerce College, a 120,000 sq feet constructing for the College of Glasgow.
