Judge of the Bombay HC Satyaraujan Dharmadhikari resigns

The second senior-most judge of the Bombay High Court (HC), Justice Satyaraujan Dharmadhikari, has bid his resignation. He did not mention the reason. Justice Dharmadhikari: Justice Dharmadhikari was born in 1960. He gained his LLB from Bombay University. He enrolled as an Advocate in June 1983. He has served as a member of the Board of Studies on Law, University of Mumbai, and a member of the Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. In November 2003, he became the second senior-most judge of the High Court, after Chief Justice Pradeep Nandrajog. He was in line to be elevated as Chief Justice.
